Wooh... Thank the divines, I am only casual dps. This patch is dps going back a bit again or is... never really know with these patches. But yeah for average person, they should except to drastic changes to their dps and get ready to find a test dummy to parse at!
Hey good thing, they gave us free test dummy with dragon rise event right? Healers are about the same with top end putting more emphasis on warden for their minor vulnerability. Though, I like to point out, can do same thing with charged staff, so not much of edge. Also necromancer and nightblade have it similar ability, but warden will be favored in healer stop for the ability because of easy of usage and single target being more important then Area of Effect in ESO, and necromaner only having it as a synergy. Though this addes a bit of diversity and gets getting rid of IA for the top healer sets! Cheers been waiting for that option... To but back on main point, there's going to be a lot of options to get minor vulnerability for the group.
Dps wise... stamina sorcs are rumored to be holding top numbers, with necromancer still holding at least a few lots for it's over powered ultimate. Stamina Warden will be welcomed into group compositions with easiest dps option to get off balanced. Congrats tanks...maybe you don't have to hold a destro staff, and healer you might get a slot. Still can't make greatsword tank a reality though....maybe next patch. In General, though their will be less demand for dk tanks being only tanks with enfluging flames changes. People will adapt, but some will simply move on. I predict in next two years tanking will be more diverse for players.
