Doesn't really matter as much for healers. Even weird nords can work well these days. Max status aren't a end breaker so would pick passives you think are best. As such Bretons are popular choice.

Subjective to trial and group, but here's are some lists.

Nice to have: Twilight, Sanctuary, Inflable Aether, Navh, gosmbar, Blackrose resto, Ayslum Resto
