Can we buff negate magic?

Ever do something on explorer and just doesn't work... but works on all other browsers? As Ultimate Negate Magic just doesn't work in most things in PvE. There's nothing it truly negates or stuns because bosses are immune. Not to mention the two morph options aren't really different from each

So here's a proposal

How about Absorption field... actually absorb something and give it to allies. How about unique buff that gives 20% magicking regain to allies, and stamina regain, and health regain to allies? Regain isn't a high buff but gives something to allies who stand in it..instead of dodging out of it. In pvp it could take away resources from enemies.

How about Suppression Field actually suppress enemies? Give a major fracture, and major breech or unique penetration debuff all enemies? This would give tanks something to do for offensive and solo players a boost. I say this is a fair buff is you consider necromancer has major fracture and breech on it's skill not an ultimate while nightblade as a unique penetration debuff.
