Today was the big day! Got to level 50 with Tank! I remember that I keep chanting at least second place in the battleground....but we ended up as champions that last few rounds. It was a mix of random dungeons, and battlegrounds, along with some dragon fights to level up this character.
I can't believe thought I got away with lvl 10 gear till I reach lvl 40. Mind you I think I could of actually go all the way to 50 with it if someone hadn't let me have there old white necro lvl 40 training gear. No champion points where added except for gaining more resources from heavy attacks... cause it's super slow without those cp. Thank the divines I came before morrowind sustain nerfs. No really, I can't imagine how slow tank sustain is without those 75 points into that star.
Back on tanky experience, I found myself thinking of a quite a few different ways to build the tank as I leveled up. Definitely had health tank build option going for it. All you had to was use Goliath and Scythe Skill. The perfect alkoash tank came to mind with self synergize skill. Then there's shield tank play style that could use lunar bastion to support allies when needed. Another way to is with haven of Ursus and maybe alkoash with 100 percent own procing of alkoash along with Goliath to help keep self alive under 50%. Another style for some is ultimate generation take, but I personally see it as a lot of a lot of migration. I think major protection passive part of the skill if timed right makes it's migration ability really stand tall among the classes, and even Dragon Knight King Tanks. Of course though bashing tanks in pvp are really popular. The Goliath morph really hits if you build for it along with aoe debuff options makes it really active tanking style in pvp. Now lastly there's a lot of utility to play with that one could go very supportive.
There's just so much to offer... that I would often get myself caught in daydreaming about my necromancer while elsewhere. Of course part of it was fun skills that really put the spirit into class. I didn't have to worry about pugs cause I could tank/dps at same time. Of course playing with dark and spooky skills that felt like they made impact on combat in my role was the best part that appealed to anti hero
